A Fabulous 4 Week Rapid Weight Loss Diet Plan (Episode One)
There are drastic measures to be taken when deciding to lose weight rapidly and the steps that would be listed out to you must be obeyed, so you won’t get fed up before accomplishing your task. I have come to the understanding that over 60% of people who are obese are struggling with their weight and though, they are trying to lose weight; they don’t have any idea on how to do it. With that said we would talk about the rapid weight loss diet plan which ought to be in use for 4 weeks which is in all, a month.
The plan for weight loss is combined with both liquid and solid foods and it is very important for you to consult your doctor before going into any plan so as not to perform the wrong thing and end up regretting.
Before I go further, I would like to give you one warning and it is that the plan which is about to be stated is an extreme weight loss plan. As I said before, it comprises of both liquid and solid foods, but it also comprises of fruits and diet shakes. Do you know that there are so many diet shakes but not all of them are gooid for the loss of weight? It is true and that is one reason why I advice you to makie your own shakes because it wont be as expensive as the others and it is more nutritious than the other. If you don’t have the time to prepare your won shakes, just take a pre-canned shake along with you. Also, take vitamin tablets every morning.
Sometimes, I recommend you take coffee in the mornings; but the ones I highly recommend are tea and water. I would have mentioned diet sodas but after performing researches, I found out that they contain some compounds that lead to the gaining of fat in the body. I mentioned water, right? Yes, I did; and as I always say, everything has its reasons. Water is one of the necessities of life and without it; there would be no chance of you losing weight or even living.
So, this brings me to the first week and we would thread lightly to avoid complications.
WEEK ONE
Monday: the first thing is for you to take shakes. There are so many things that can be added to the shakes and they can be of different flavors; which means you can add strawberries, oranges, banana, grape fruit and other kinds of fruit to it. That’s just for the morning, and like I said earlier, it is an extreme diet plan, so you’ll just have to make do with what you are given.
Now, for lunch, you can take a pre-canned shake with you if you can’t make a fast one. For snack, try eating lots of almonds or any kind of fruit you decide to eat.
Now that we have talked about the breakfast and the lunch, we would talk about the dinner which is umm, taking a shake with just one fruit and for snack, eat just one little cheese; maybe a one-inch sized one.
That’s that for Monday. After Monday, what day is next?
Tuesday: that’s right! For breakfast, take a shake too with just one fruit. It isn’t compulsory for you to take the same fruit because you might get tired of it. For snack, almonds would do just great.
For lunch, you can make any kind of salad. Let me give you options; umm, let’s see… fruit salad, vegetable salad, anyone of your choice. For dinner, take another shake and also grilled chicken and any kind of fruit.
Wednesday: for breakfast, a shake as always with a fruit of your choice and a cup of fresh fruits, either peaches or strawberries. For lunch, take a shake and also add any fruit you desire. No snacks this time. For dinner, a shake and almonds will do you good.
Thursday: for breakfast, shake as always with any fruit of your choice and also yoghurt with fruit beneath. For lunch, take a shake with a fruit and for dinner, take a shake and also one fruit of your choice.
Friday: in the morning, a shake with any flavor of your choice; for lunch, take a shake which would be better for you and also almonds need to be included. For dinner, take a fruit and cheese too.
Saturday: on this day, you will be required to eat a variety of foods and for breakfast, you will eat 2 eggs, with cheese and shakes as usual, but this time, no fruits allowed. For lunch, a shake with fruits; while for dinner, you can eat whatever you want but be sure to add no carbs to your meals.
The last day of the week, which is Sunday is another interesting day of the week but I don’t think the meals would be as different from the other ones, right? Well, it’s true, so, for breakfast, a shake with fruits; for lunch and almonds, same thing as breakfast and for dinner, a shake and grilled chicken.
This is just for the first week and we have umm, three to go; so, in the next article on rapid weight loss diet plan, we would talk about the foods both solid and liquid and I am sure you’d pay attention to it.
